This is a die cast metal 2001 Toy Fair Chevy Bel Air promo pedal Car manufactured by Gearbox. It was produced as a limited edition and this model is numbered 1978 of 2001. Each car has its own serial number. These were given away to dealers at the 2001 Toy Fair in New York City. The pedal car is in Mint condition and comes in its original box.
