Shipping:
Shipping will be provided by UPS for most packages. Some paper items will be shipped via the USPS.
Returns:
1. All returns must be pre-authorized and come with a letter or email communication inside the box. All requests for returns must be made within 3 days of item receipt.
2. We must be notified immediately upon receipt of any damaged items so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. All original packing materials must also be saved. If we are not notified immediately upon receipt of the damaged item/s, we will not be able to process the return for the item/s.
3. A 20% restocking fee and original shipping fee will be charged on all refused or returned orders.
4. We are not responsible for lost packages in the event you moved and forgot to change your shipping addresses.
5. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item for any reason, it must be returned in the original, unopened condition it was received. We will refund the full amount, less 20% restocking fees and original shipping charges.
6. If item is returned to us because the customer was not available to sign for the package, a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping fee will be charged.
